Referral Program Terms & Conditions

To earn a reward for inviting people to Morse, you need to be a user with access to paid referrals. To check if you're eligible, tap 'Invite' on the home page of your app.

We may offer paid referrals to different groups of users at different times. For example, we may offer them to users who:

• have recently signed up
• have had a Morse account for a certain amount of time
• live in certain countries
• have done certain types of transactions recently

Or a combination of the above.

How it works

1. Share your invite link with someone who hasn't used Morse before.
2. They open the link, enter their phone number, and sign up to Morse using the same phone number.
3. To qualify, they need to complete one of the following within 14 days of signing up:
   • In countries where Morse Card is available: Activate a Morse Card and make at least 1 qualifying transaction of at least USD 5 each (or the equivalent amount in any currency). Check which countries have Morse Cards available. Certain transactions like money transfers, gift cards or gambling do not count towards the reward.
   • In all other countries: Add a single deposit of at least USD 100 (or the equivalent amount in any currency) into their Morse Wallet.
4. We'll add your referral reward directly in your Morse Wallet. The amount depends on your country, and is randomly allocated based on the following chances:

You can receive up to 3 referral rewards total across our previous referral program and this program. After that, you can still invite people, but you won't receive a reward. If the person you invite doesn't join Morse and add a single deposit of at least 100 USD (or equivalent in any currency) within 14 days or make card transactions, you won't get a reward.

If your country isn't listed above, the referral program isn't currently available in your region.

Morse reserves the right to modify, withhold or cancel referral rewards, or to suspend or end this promotion at any time, including if we suspect fraud, abuse, or other activity that violates these terms or our policies.
